Annual Campaign – Close the Gap Feast Your Mind – 100% Wornick Scholarship Fund Community Events – 25 Years of Wornick Upside – Legacy Endowment Program Program Components

Grow the total raised to $700,000 or more Diversify the donor base – 25 Years of Wornick in the North Pen community – Pro-Israel givers – Alumni and alumni parents 100% parent participation Program Goals

Close the GAP September kick-off – written and electronic promotions – Major Gifts – Thermometer – Class challenges New parent orientation – HOS to meet with all new families – Parent handbook Annual Campaign

Gala occurs in the spring, sponsors + get free tix Of 250 attendees, only sold 45 tickets ($3K) – 40% participated in the auctions or fund the need – Live auction raised $5400 – Silent auction raised ~ $3600 – Fund the need raised $27,000+ – Tribute book raised $4000 Total amount raised = $45,955 The event cost us ~ $20,000 Burns through volunteers Gala Economics

Scholarship Fund only Mission-centric, community wide event – Free reception (1 hour) for all at Wornick – Alumni-only dinner at Wornick – concurrent person home dinners with marquee speakers. Hosts donate dinner. – Corporate and community sponsors Feast Your Mind – March 2011
