Deuteronomy 6:10-13 The Great Australian Dream Security Control Forgetting Deuteronomy 6:10-13 “When the L ORD your God brings you into the land he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you – a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build, houses filled with all kinds of good things you did not provide, wells you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant – then when you eat and are satisfied, be careful that you do not forget the L ORD, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. We can have a strong reaction to a person who remembers We can do some pretty stupid things when we’ve forgotten so completely John 15:19 “If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.”

Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.” We are not here to conquer this world by its own standards
