doc.: IEEE Submission July 2003 Andy Gowans (UK RA) CEPT/UK Conclusions – The New Primary Mobile Allocation is in general in line with ECC decision and UK IR2006. – Indoor use restriction in the band MHz will remain within UK/CEPT. – will have look at whether UK/CEPT regulations need to be altered to include 250mW Tx power restrictions. – At next meetings of WG FM & WG SE will discuss if needs to be updated to bring into line with conference decisions. – EN and IR2006 will have to be revised if 250mW Tx power limitation is adopted.
