A national agreement which needs to be transposed into industrial collective agreements, and leads to legislation
The national air transport training agreement Among professionnal agreements, one, in the field of air transport national collective agreement, was signed on september 9, 2004 by CFDT, CFTC, CGC, FO and FNAM It adresses the challenges in terms of industrial, technological and commercial changes that air transport will be confronted with in the coming years, through the skills observatory It provides room for individual incentives on training right, which can be done during work time, (normal pay), or after work, (on 50% of normal wage) It provides better wages for workers on professionnalisation contracts, (100% of the minimum collective agreement wage instead of 80% of the national minimum wage. (SMIC). It contains special clauses on equality, hiring policies for reduced mobility workers, seniors and young workers
Aéroports de Paris training agreement The agreement was signed in october 2005 by CFDT, CFTC, CFE-CGC, FO and UNSA It brought ADP’s training programs into line with new legislation, especially for the individual right to training (DIF) (former agreement was no longer appropriate) The training plan, drawn up by the management, includes long term training leading to the obtention of high-level diplomas. The work council is consulted on it each year The individual right to training (DIF) may be used during worktime, or afterwards The professionnal contracts may be unlimited, not just fixed-term Social partners are involved, through a committee set up to monitor the implementation of the agreement, and through the work council committees.
