 Please clear off your desk except for a pencil  When you receive your quiz, you may begin (25 minute time limit)  When you finish, turn your quiz over and sit quietly, read, or draw a picture  No talking, No exceptions (if I see you talking, I’m assuming you are cheating)

 Question 1 = Circle all the examples  Question 2 = Circle a, b, c, d (make circles dark)  Question 3 = Write , then write your answer beside the number in order  Questions 4 – 10 = Circle a, b, c, d (make circles dark)

 Count off by 1,2,3,4  Teammate #1 will go first by pulling out 1 slip of paper DO NOT LOOK AT IT!!  Place the slip on your forehead  Your teammates will give you clues to help you identify the word across your forehead  When you correctly guess the word, place it on the table and #2 will go next  Teammates #2, #3, #4 will follow the steps above  Continue this process until all the words have been guessed

 Count off by 1,2,3,4  Teammate #1 will go first by pulling out 1 slip from the baggie  As a team, determine if “It is Matter?”  Teammates #2, #3, #4 will follow the steps above  Continue this process until all the words have been identified as matter or not matter
