1. 60 minutes of movement. 2. Great Eating choices. 3. Measuring and improving FITNESS levels throughout the school year.  MAKE A HEALTHIER YOU!

 Let’s Move for 60 at  school, at home, and in our community.

 Go to Spot  Warm-ups  Lesson  Activities  Clean up & Line up

 Perform for the first 5 minutes:  jumping-jacks (60 secs.)  sit-ups/crunches (60 secs.)  knee raises (30 secs)  squat jumps (30 secs.)  2 minutes of Laps ( 60x2)

 There are 5 expectations. 1. Be Respectful 2. Be Responsible 3. Be Helpful 4. Be Active 5. Be Patient

 Time Out 4:  Thinking  Resting  Reflecting  Reviewing Expectations

Injuries/Bathroom/ Injury: We stop playing, Treat the injury Bathroom and Drinks: Get Permission and 1 at a time

 The appropriate clothing is:

 PE is not free play or recess.  PE is not athletic competition.  PE is organized instruction to help improve the fitness and skills of everyone.  Most of all, it’s active and fun!
