Perform for the first 5 minutes: jumping-jacks (60 secs.) sit-ups/crunches (60 secs.) knee raises (30 secs) squat jumps (30 secs.) 2 minutes of Laps ( 60x2)
There are 5 expectations. 1. Be Respectful 2. Be Responsible 3. Be Helpful 4. Be Active 5. Be Patient
Time Out 4: Thinking Resting Reflecting Reviewing Expectations
Injuries/Bathroom/ Injury: We stop playing, Treat the injury Bathroom and Drinks: Get Permission and 1 at a time
The appropriate clothing is:
PE is not free play or recess. PE is not athletic competition. PE is organized instruction to help improve the fitness and skills of everyone. Most of all, it’s active and fun!
