Andy Murray By Cian McGowan

Biography Andrew Murray is a “British” tennis player and is ranked 4 th in the world. Murray was born in Glasgow, Scotland in He now lives in London, England. He was born with a bipartite patella, which means his kneecap remains two separate bones as opposed to one. This has caused him knee injuries, which has affected his career. He has never won a grand slam, but has claimed 17 ATP titles. His brother plays on the doubles circuit.

Healthy aspects of their life Andy Murray exercises for 6 hours a day. He eats no processed food or sugar that occurs unnaturally. He drinks six litres of water a day. Andy Murray is a tee-to-taller.He does a lot of yoga at high temperatures. Murray consumes 6000 calories day, which is almost three times the recommended daily intake. This seems unhealthy, but he exercises enough to burn it all off.

Why is he my health hero One reason why Andy Murray is my health hero is because I play tennis. It is great to see the skills he uses on the court. Another reason is because he is supremely fit. He exercises so much that if he doesn’t eat enough, his muscle will be consumed by his body for energy.
