Level 1 – Capabilities Review Performed where the Local Contractor capabilities are not known to KPO in respect of either the range of services provided or whether the Contractor can potentially support WEOPS requirements. Level 2 – Inspection Performed where the Local Contractor capabilities are previously been identified as potentially having the capability to provide Services and / or Equipment to support KPO WEOPS activity. Level 3 – Detailed Audit Performed where the Local Contractor capabilities are known to KPO and could possibly support a specific WEOPS activity. Each level will require WEOPS to visit the Contractor Process is not a simple “Pass” or “Fail”. WEOPS will feedback assessment findings to the Local Contractors.
