Challenges+ How Overcome Making the soda healthy; not using citric acid and added sugar. Bottling our own soda; deciding how much of what to put into the bottle Good taste; turning up the sweetness for a better taste Designing a logo; A cool name, perfect size, and listing ingredients Finding a manageable flavor; a flavor that is unique, and doesn’t go bad

LOGO INGREDIENTS: CHERRIES, WATER, CORN SYRUP, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, CITRIC ACID, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, POTASSIUM SORBATE AND BENZOATE (PRESERVATIVES), FD&C RED 40, SULFUR DIOXIDE (PRESERVATIVE), CARBONATED WATER, SODIUM BICARBONATE, SODIUM CITRATE, POTASSIUM SULFATE, & DISODIUM PHOSPHATE.

Learning- How Applied We learned how to test and compare materials and flavors more efficiently. We learned how to bottle soda (We didn’t end up doing it) We learned how to carbonate sparkling water 3 different ways.

Failures- What We Learned From Them We learned that working as a group can be tough but it will work out if you all participate and put in effort. Its difficult to create a whole new flavor Not putting enough flavor in the soda Letting others in your group doing all the work for you does not help Creating a flavor that doesn’t lose carbonation is hard

Our advertisement (Carson, Kaylee, Anna) For the past week, Carson, Anna, and Kaylee have been working on a Music Video to advertise our product. So far we have filmed the video and this week we are currently editing the video so we can put it in our documentation video for the week. It features Anna singing the song she wrote. Carson and Kaylee film and edit in this astonishing film.

What we thought and what we did We thought that we were going to make our own ingredients and our own bottle We used a unique syrup to soak cherries, and grenadine We bought pre-carbonated water (We failed to make our own due to hazardous issues)

The estimation of this project We were successful for what we wanted to accomplish we didn’t have something to drive our work so we goofed off and the project took longer.
