Applying the F.I.T.T. Principle- Instant Activity  You need… 1 note-card and study guide 3.1 (comp. cart)  Drew is on the school Football and Track teams. When he is not in season, Drew trains five days a week. Three of the days he works with the Football weight program for 80 minutes of moderate exercise, and runs vigorously 45 minutes the other two days.
