This endeavour is an ideal platform for co-ordination & co- operation among various stakeholder departments, aiming at convergence of resources & manpower in the effective planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision of various programs under the able guidance of elected officials, non-officials and more so over common mass for whom all these programs have been designed.

It follows, therefore, that every village has to be self- sustained and capable of managing its affairs…. ….. We are unleashing or attempting to unleash the greatest latent powers of the people by giving an authority to Panchayati Raj.
