Phase 1 of the project is completed to have a draft of all the profiles across the 8 groupings Phase 2 will create the on line capability of the tool including ability to import all the relevant profiles into positions descriptions, work plans, learning and development plans, performance reviews The timeframe is for this to be completed is October to allow a testing phase with our stakeholders prior to the start of the new year
