 Create rural collaborative targeted wellness services designed to bridge gaps and create vital connections to the VA at the community service level.  Connect rural veterans to needed support services that are available but not fully accessible to them.  Develop a rural veterans centered service model based on a best- practice understanding of what services works for this population.

 Founded in 2009, The Cornerstone CDC is 501(C)(3) corporation operated under the North Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Code.
