What comes to mind when you hear the word “heaven”? What comes to mind when you hear the word “hell”?

What concepts do most people have of heaven? How do most people describe hell?

We hear very little said about heaven and hell these days. Are these concepts outdated? Why is there a heaven? Why is there a hell?

When Jesus returns at the end of time as we now know it, all that is wrong will be set right. This is the message that the prophets preached about the Messiah in Old Testament days. This is the message Jesus preached throughout His ministry on earth. And it is the promise recorded in John’s vision in the Book of Revelation.

What would you do today if you knew it was the last day of your life?

Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.

In my Father’s house are many rooms; If it were not so, I would have told you.

I am going to prepare a place for you.

There will be no more death,
