The vision for a Time to Build

Our Goal Since 1992: To build a Worship Centre

The Main Auditorium:

 3 year campaign to raise £1.2miliion  £250,000 by Gift Aid  Over and above our tithes and offerings

 Start building Spring 2010  Continue to meet in Cineworld for our morning services and find an alternative building for evening services  Building completed in 18 months

 £8 million cost including consultancy fees  We currently have over £2 million in our building fund  We also have £2 million in assets:  City Gates House : Planning Permission for 14 apartments and retail units  The Centre

 £1.5 million will be raised from the Time to Build Campaign  £2.5 million would be needed from the bank (hopefully less, according to our faith!)

 Building to be opened 2012  The 20 th year of ministry and as a significant year for London: before The Olympics

 Habakkuk 2: Write the vision down and get heralds to run with it.  Leaders will need to run with this vision when it is presented to The Church in October
