o What are the different types of FEAR?  Poverty  Criticism/Rejection  Unknown  Failure  Losing a loved one/Being alone  Old age//Bad Health/Death  Things/People  Others Worry is another name for FEAR

Worry is FEAR, caused by indecision. It creates uncertainty. FEAR is an emotion, that CAN be controlled o What are YOUR fears? o Exercise- Crayons – Write out your causes of “worry” or “fears” o Look at your list. How do these make you feel? Identifying Your Fears

Draw a picture of what fear makes you feel/look like

o When fears arise, questions to ask yourself  Is this something I control?  Is it a matter of life or death?  What is the worst possible outcome?  How do I remove it? (Not can I remove it)  What will I replace it with? o What is the “source” of this fear? Think. You assigned the feeling of “PAIN” to a situation, response, event, etc. o What is holding on to these fears costing me? Digging Deeper

Write out the cause or reason for fear Write out the negative feeling this fear causes in you Identify the opposite positive feeling, and/or what you can learn from it to move you forward Fear of:Negative emotionPositive emotion Transform your FEARS What can you “learn” from it to move you forward?

My Actions What am I thankful for? How can I inspire someone today? What am I wanting for myself today? What action can I take to move myself forward? What positive emotions can I focus on? Daily Actions Determine where your focus will be. What will YOU allow to “DRIVE” you? What is MOST important in your life?
