Hiring third party premises What obligations is your charity taking on? “The Licensee shall comply with all reasonable requirements of the Licensor in relation to the provision of security, supervision and safety personnel and if the Licensee fails to do so it shall bear all reasonable costs incurred by the Licensee in providing such personnel.” Indemnities Insurance
