9/18/ ABOUT US We are one of an apparel manufacturer and exporter from Tirupur (INDIA). We can produce all kind of knitted garments and some in woven. We are currently doing 100 % cotton, Cotton blends, Cotton spandex blends, Mercerized cotton, 100% polyester, other man made fibers 100% Organic cotton and bamboo fabrics in knits for Kids, Baby Wears, Children wear, Ladies and Men’s products like Polo Shirts, T – shirts, Nightwear’s, Sports wears, Ladies Tank top, Pajama’s, sweat shirts, sports wear, swimsuits, rompers, and inner wear. Our set up of the factory makes us to win the hearts and satisfy the order requirement of the customer.

We always look for customer satisfaction by improving our productivity, skills of our labor, infrastructure communication, and etc…to achieve our goal for the world satisfaction. Our company is looks small but we will give you best quality and time delivery. We are doing minimum quantities and in a reasonable prices. ESTABLISHMENT FIRM We have started this business recently-(2008) but myself and my partners have lot of experience in this apparel field from the past 15years. We have worked from the bottom level to senior level of almost all the areas like sampling, approval from buyers, fabric knitting, dyeing, fabric finishing, production, quality assurance, merchandising and marketing. Those past experience helped us to success this business. Currently we have workers and the factory is in 3500sqmtr. We have the production capacity of to basic T-Shirt per month. We can do all fashionable garments and value added garments such as cut and sew in nice different shapes, heavy and different printing, different embroideries, hand works, sequins, beads, rhinestones etc.

OUR SPECIAL EFFORTS We have sound knowledge in the fabrication on how to make the fabric with good feeling and to meet all the testing standards and required parameters. We have good source on all type of knitting and dyeing and fabric finishing. You may test our fabric in any third party lab like, MTL, SGS, ITS, etc to confirm that the fabric met all your requirements.

SAMPLING & APPROVALS We have separate team for the development samples and new customer samples. We will make quick samples with the required things and our aim is to get approval on the samples in first or maximum second time. We have a procedure on all orders approvals like a T & A is as below.

SAMPLING & APPROVALS Proto (fit) sample in similar fabric – within 2days from the tech pack received. Lab dips of all colors – within 3days from the colors pallet received. Fabric quality approval – Within 5 days from the lab dips approval. Print Embroidery strike offs – within 7 days from the artwork received. Labels, Tags, and trims – within 7 days from the details received. Fabric testing (FPT) – test report will be enclosed with PP samples. Pre Production sample – In actual fabric, artwork, labels – before start the bulk production 3days from all the approvals completed Shipment samples.- With actual bulk packaging – 10 days before the shipments

QUALITY IS OUR STRENGTH We have excellent quality system to improve and maintain in all areas. Quality is our mind. We never compromise in quality. We have well trained quality persons to do the checking and auditing in all the areas. We are maintaining the quality reports in all the areas like, Samples, Fabrics, Trims, Sewing and packing. We monitor daily production by making in line inspections and will take a quick corrective actions on all points noted in the reports. We have personally do pre-finals before the shipment or to give the inspection to any third party. We have a great confidence in our quality and we assure you to make 100% inspection on our goods.

PRE – SHIPMENT INSPECTION PROGRAM The Merchant and the Quality Inspector check every sample, size set and lab dips sent to the clients to ensure they match with the order. Initial production check (IPC): fabric, accessories and measurements are checked and set for production. It permits timely correction and improvements before the bulk manufacturing. On-line check/mid inspection: when at least 25% of the goods have been completed, another inspection permits to ensure that the production is on the right track and that the suggestions made during IPC are implemented Final Random Inspection (FRI): when the entire consignment is completed and ready to be shipped, quality inspectors, from Shine knit carry out a final random inspection based on “Acceptable Quality Levels” (AQL) method. Once the results are satisfactory, we would allow doing the final from the customer.
