Recruitment Services Jobs Growth Wales - if your organisation is based in Cardiff, Caerphilly or RCT & you wish to recruit a young person (aged 18-24yrs), Educ8 will pay their salaries for the first 6 months of their employment through Jobs Growth Wales funding We will also provide the JGW participants with Essential Skills training through ESiW Additional funding available to support employment of young person post JGW through Young Recruits Programme (signing up to L2 QCF H&SC, CCLD, BA or CS) Savings of approx £10,000 per young person recruited through JGW and YRP
