PRODUCT - Social Value -Environmental Friendly (Reduced, Recycle, Reuse) -Finance, Marketing -4M -Ease in use -Maintainabilit y - Economic and Income Generating Opportunity

Garbage “WASTE”, the scrap deposited on roadside container ( not limited ) Total waste: 383 tons/day Municipality Collection and then to landfill site Large amount of organic waste “Plastic’s” of different type are screened for recycle but most of them brought to landfill site

Idea screening & Selection Team discussion Idea generation Idea selection Technical Economical Market “Recycle of Waste Plastic for anodized reflective plastic film”

USES OF PLASTIC Existing Market

DEMAND OF PLASTIC PRODUCT Worlds Prospect: 1.5 Mt in 1950  245 Mt in 2008 the volume of plastic in the waste less than 1% in 1976, whereas in 2004, it was 16% and about 21% in Plastic Material is dominating the world, “PLASTIC WORLD”

Problems

Plastic Recycling Environment Consrvation RECYCLING and ENVIRONMENT Assume we are here.

REFLECTIVE ANODIZE PLASTIC FILM Light weight, Product Portability Easy to manufacture, Low Cost, Reflective Substrate Aesthetic Properties Insulative Properties

TARGET CUSTOMER PRIMARY Solar thermal technologies, Packaging materials, Electronic and electrical components, Office materials, and Stationeries SECONDARY Toys market, Vehicle, Artificial decorative, Cosmetics and Household equipment

CONSTRAINTS ASSUMPTIONS Accessible to the Required Technologies CONSTRAINS Collection from diversified Area Large transportation cost

STAKEHOLDERS Stationery Product Manufacturer Solar Thermal Technologies Related Organization Packaging Company Electric Product Repair and Maintenance Toy and Cosmetics Manufacturing Company

MANUFACTURING Garbage Collection Screening Cleaning Melt & Grain Formation Metallic Vapor addition, Anodization Cooling of the Sheet and Collecting

MAJOR OUTPUT Plastic Pellet Plastic film without reflective surface and Plastic film with reflective surface

APPLICATIONS These products could be used in different areas: The plastic pellets can be delivered to the recycle compost bin, toys makers, decorative makers, automotive parts manufacturer and other household utilities making companies and the plastic film itself can be directly brought to the market through distributors or can also be delivered to the stationeries product manufacturer's. Main Application of reflective anodize sheets It can be sold to the companies working in producing the solar cookers, Heat retaining technologies, Window pane shop.

CONCLUSION A useful product Reflective anodize film can be produced from recyclable plastic affecting the positive impact in environment. It can be especially used in heat retaining, insulative, chemical corrosive resistance, utensil products, reflective products etc. Recycled Plastic in edible, health impact. Reuse it or Recycle it, but don’t get pollute.
