 This tool needs to be installed on your terminal before you start the registration process.  The tool can be downloaded from the web or can be installed through a CD.  This section explains the process of installation using a web interface.  The precise steps and screen-shots for installation are provided hereafter NOTE: While using data card, the LAN card should be enable for the MAC address.

Using the Internet you need to access the CSC online monitoring website and authenticate yourself, for authentication your SCA will provide your CSC ID and password..

Once CSC user logs in using his/her CSC-ID and password the CSC Registration Status gets displayed as shown below: Various Status messages that can appear on the screen are indicated in the table below: STATUSREASON CommissionedA CSC has been commissioned with an CSC-ID and password but has not installed the tool on any IT terminals. Registered (Partial)A CSC has been commissioned with an CSC-ID and password and has installed the tool on some or few of its IT terminals. Re-RegisterA CSC has been Registered, but it needs to Re-register installer on its IT terminal.

Once you are successfully logged in, your Registration status will appear on the screen, the system will prompt you to download the installer in either of the Operating Systems (Windows/Linux). Proceed for Installation hereafter depending on your choice of Operating System. For Install Process Windows click here III: Installation for Windows OS

After successful installation process the system will automatically take you to a registration process! Click here to proceed to Registration

To complete registration execute the following steps. 1. Fill in your CSC ID and Password On the CSC Registration screen provide your valid CSC Login-ID and Password to register

 Re-Installation process is meant to down load the installer once again on the machine on which you have successfully installed the Tool. These exceptional events are:  CSC terminal is reformatted  CSC terminal suffers from a virus attack  CSC hard drive is reformatted  Any critical component is replaced causing change of MAC address of a terminal  A newer version of this tool is published Once a CSC is set to Re-Registration mode the system is ready for Re-Installation
