Product of the Presidents Office Planning Commission Implementation Framework: remaining 15 years of TDV 2025 Sets strategic direction for LT objectives, targets and coordination/harmonization of the growth process Pursue a more reliable development financing framework & reduce donor dependency Operationalized through 3 FYDPs as implemented in the sequence of budget guidelines, MTEFs, Cabinet approval, Parliamentary authorization & execution, and M&E Like FYDP, limited advance notice…limited consultation… But…generally well thought out

LTPP Implementation Framework

Lead role in the articulation and influencing direction of: economic planning management of growth process Close collaboration with Ministry of Finance Overall coordinator of FYDP/LTPP implementation M&E as carried out at different levels – … programme/project level under the responsibility of implementing MDAs/RSs/LGAs …institutional level with POPC identifying challenges to implementation of FYDPs as informed by M&E reports from programme/project levels
