Slide Priority Outcome Action Planning I.Discuss Set the stage for the team where the focus of the session is…. 1. To choose a specific Priority Outcome either a specific challenge, opportunity or project. 2. Select two relevant Q 12 items. 3. And to craft an Action Plan that attacks all three.

Slide Priority Outcome Action Planning II.Select 1.Choose the Priority Outcome – the challenge, opportunity, or project on which your Team will focus. 2.Use the Q 12 Survey Results to pick two questions most relevant to the selected business-related outcome 3.Divide the team into two sub-groups with each sub-group focusing on one of the two Q 12 items.

Slide Priority Outcome Action Planning III.Plan – Instructions for Each Group 1.Brainstorm barriers to engagement for their chosen element (i.e. why wasnt the score on the chosen engagement element higher?). The barriers should be relevant to the business outcome they selected. 2.Brainstorm potential action items to attack the these barriers. 3.Choose the two best action items. 4.Modify the two selected action items so that they meet the SMARTS criteria.
