S A Griffiths Target Review Jan 2009 Tasks Identified Check operating performance of installed power electronics (Hex bridge, cap bank, power supply and interface) Install k type thermocouples on chiller water pipes to measure differential – during shutdown. Update control software to enable additional monitoring / interlocks from chiller. Service motion control system to ensure reliable operation. Manufacture a second capacitor bank with floating output and order power supply – once tests complete. Ensure off-line control / power electronics systems are ready for operations when new actuator available. Review power electronics protection circuitry and optimise.
