It started as a hand up for youth and overflowed into a full blown Christian outreach to families in Tasmania as Safe Haven Outreach

It expanded into a very successful, self supporting, self funding organisation. Registered Australian charity July 2000 Full tax exemption ABN

Then from small beginnings in Tasmania the concept was duplicated in California USA as a free food service to the needy.. Multi faceted organisation Business based ministry Self supporting

Mercy Warehouse and Loaves & Fishes X 10 has now fed 550,000 people in South Orange County in less than 4 years.

Now Hope has come to South West Rocks Like most regional centers South West Rocks has around 9% of families that are in need of food where kids go to bed hungry. Hope Warehouse is planning Food distribution Recycling program Training facility

Modeled on the very successful Mercy Warehouse concept – Hope Warehouse will seek to: Help eliminate hunger Restore dignity to families Implement In-house training Promote self esteem Give spiritual guidance Promote community involvement Equip local youth in work skills Encourage retirees to skill share

So What Is HOPE

Psalm 127 : 1 Unless the Lord builds the house, they labour in vain who build it. In the kingdom of God, centre stage is not for those who beat their chests with prideful boasts HOPE is a call to you as an individual - a seemingly insignificant contributor that can move mountains and build massive and effective ways to reach those who need hope and help.
