Infusionsoft Training Session #3 – Follow Up Sequences, Tags and Webforms

What is a Tag? Tags are a way to identify and organize people within the system. They can be created in a few ways: 1. Person – prospect, customer, vendor, affiliate. 2. Participation – events, teleclasses, JVs 3. Products – product/service that you offer ** Note a person can and will be labeled with more than 1 tag ie: customer, newsletter, affiliate

Follow-up Sequences What Are They? A series of actions that takes place after someone engages with the company. These sequences can range from a single action to large multi-step processes over a set time frame. It is recommended you map out your process ahead of time.

Follow-up Sequences Steps Can Include… There are many options in Infusionsoft, not just ! 1.Notes with pre-filled details 2.Create Appointment 3.Fax and/or Letter 4.Task 5.Voice Broadcast 6.Fulfillment List

Follow-up Sequences Completed Actions When a sequence has completed and all steps have run, you can create another set of actions including: 1.Sending an , fax or letter 2.Apply/Remove Tag 3.Cancel a subscription 4.Create opportunity or new order 5.Create an affiliate

Examples of Follow-up sequences 1. A series of s sent out after someone signs up for free report. 2. A confirmation and a reminder voice broadcast when someone registers for a teleclass. 3. An and then a task assigned to call the person directly.

Web Forms Web forms are used on websites to allow prospects and customers to fill out information into a form which is then brought into Infusionsoft. Forms can have actions attached to them, so the entry of data triggers your follow-up sequences to automate the processing of people in Infusionsoft.
