Health is the most important We all know health is very important to us, our life depends on our body,we can study well and work hard if we have a good physical condition. On the contrary, we will not happy if we lose our health, this will lead us do everything with difficulties.

We all don’t want to lose our health to make money and then lose our money to restore our health. Without health, everything is nothing, so health is the most important to us.

Something happened around me 1 、 I fainted at the Christmas Eve two years ago. Two of my friends came to see me at that noon, it’s two years since we last saw each other and I’m very happy. We drank from 12:00 to 5:00pm and I drank so mush, then I had a class for an hour, at about 19:00 I brought them to the Dennes supermarket. maybe the market was too stuffy and I fainted at the market several minutes later after I entered.

It was a minute or two before a lady brought me round, maybe she is a doctor. I really very much appreciate her help. It was once thought unmanly not to drink and smoke, but I want to say please try your best to avoid smoking and drinking. No smokingLittle drinking

2 、 The retired secretary of my school Students of my school would had saw that our retired secretary Zhang Yi Shun insist walking from West Gate to his office everyday. You know our school is near to the East Gate, it’s far away from the West Gate. One day, I saw a car stopped at his side and offered him a lift but he refused with smile.
