Process Focus Management has worked in Taiwan since 2001 with companies like China Steel, Chunghwa Telecommunications, ITRI (Industrial Technical Research Institute), along with many small and medium size private companies. PFM has conducted over 14 SCAMPI appraisals and conducted numerous CMMI introduction courses in Taiwan. Rose has had a unique opportunity to work within the Taiwanese culture and has a strong understanding and insight to the West vs. East business practices, their strengths, and the issues they face in a competitive world market.
