Website Manager Our website allows us to minimize technical issues related to overall website presentation and maintenance by allowing us to focus on the actual contents of our site such as news, events, links, documents and photos. Also, the ability to edit the website is not limited to one person. Access can be granted to many contributing members, making it more current and interesting.

Administration ClubRunner has five levels of access so you can get more members involved!

Adding Content To add a story to the home page, any member who has been granted editor rights can log in, then type contents into the built-in editor. Pictures are automatically resized and compressed! These options allow you to hide or show an article on the home page, stories archive, and e-Bulletin.

Immediate Results Contents appear immediately on the home page and e- Bulletin (if selected). Images uploaded are converted into thumbnails which can be clicked to display in full size Links can be embedded within contents to take visitors to other websites or pages within your site.

Our website takes care of the rest, including a personalized footer reminding the member of their scheduled tasks! Attendance Manager Make-ups Make-ups are easily taken care of in ClubRunner. You can just select the member’s name, and the meeting that was missed. Optionally, a small description can be added. This will update the club and member’s attendance reports accordingly.
