Stayover display is also selectable for advanced room inventory and reservation management. Click on any day to view arrivals and event details. You can also select OWNERS or EVENTS to see what’s happening for these categories.

This screen also provides viewing of stayovers as well

Built in power point based illustrated training docs. Select the topic from the list of training docs available in the HELP/TRAINING menu. Docs can be printed for on-site manuals, and you can even customize some of them to reflect your procedures & policies.

Select this room availability at any by clicking on the menu item or just by pressing F9. View your status for the next year for rooms booked, occupied, and available for booking.

Room Manager provides the same standard input screen that works with all versions. Merges reserved room data if reserved, and also guest history for walk in guests. Supports credit card swipe as well.

Room Grid provides the front desk functions needed to create room type, as well as preassigned, reservations just like the original InnKeeper.

The Reservation Calendar provides the reservations functions just like the original InnKeeper, as well as create, and manage FIT daily blocks.

The Reservation Calendar, Room Grid, and the Room Manager all provide the reservation input screen for making and modifying reservations just like the original InnKeeper.

Detailed room display with 4 different room listing modes. Various detail levels are available for printing and viewing. Click on any room to view complete details for that guest with all charges and payments.

Detailed room status of each occupied room providing you with the outstanding balance of each room, the credit limit, the total room charges, all incidentals, the taxes and any deposits on the folio.

We also provide various details of each room as well to assist with market tracking, rates for companies, repeat guests, as well as for guest type discounts, and even re-directed billing when you have those wholesale reservations with NO DISPLAY RATES.

We also enable you to view those groups and which rooms they are occupying. It also enables you to print room lists for those groups only. View ALL rooms that part of a group. Or select the group you want to view and/or print.

Pull up the function menu you desire, some even available via HOT KEYS, to perform those standard front desk operations. There are also quite a few utilities built in as well for property, room, reservation, and folio, as well as room scheduling for condo/unit owner management.

Additionally, track and review your room occupancy and ADR statistics as well. Daily, MTD, YTD, even complete monthly listings are available. Comparisons to last year and budgets also available. Track revenues and receipts for every day of the last 2 years of operations. Records the daily breakdown for instant replay. Reduces the Bank Reconciliation effort considerably.

Powerful guest history and market tracking utilities. Track your defined market sources, market segments, and companies with revenue and stay frequency collected and reported. The Guest History utility also includes mailing label exports.

Want to track, view, or print the occupancy history for each unit …. the built in CONDO TRACKER will do it for you. It even will sort rooms by occupancy frequency and revenue for each room …. if you need to manage each unit for an owner.

Want to enable another Windows program, internet browsing and/or for the workstation? The System can be setup to activate other programs to be accessed on the menu bars, or activated via the Quick Launch tray.
