MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS At the time of joining the Company, several issues on liquidity, huge debt burden and low employee morale was facing the Company. However in the past four months, I have been successful in ensuring that all payments have been made on time by ensuring timely collections including advance receipts, managed to reduce the costs by 10-15% in a sequential quarter. I have been able to retain and motivate my teams to work on the path of Back of Growth. Have also met clients, both Indian & Global, and ensured that they are comfortable with the financial condition of the Company. Have started an initiative called Connect which is followed by employees across the globe

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS Part of the Core team responsible for the merger of ICICI Limited & ICICI Bank Limited and the public issues (equity & debt) of ICICI Bank till FY Co-opted as a member on the various committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and was also a member of the Expert Advisory Committee and an invitee on the Accounting Standards Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Represented the Company on various forums including the ICAI, CII, etc representing his views and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards ('IFRS') and have gained significant expertise of IFRS through its implementation across significant foreign locations of ICICI Bank.
