ICLEI Campaign Outline Eligible vehicles  Non-commercial vehicles carrying less than 10 passengers Application method  By internet (  By visiting a window for civil petitions at the community or district office Time Restrained  7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on a selected day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays) Implementation  Distribute car stickers upon application and registration  Attach car stickers to the front and rear windows  Refrain from driving on a selected day Weekly No Driving Day Campaign
