Everybody incompetent When we assess the natural skills of ‘all’ working Dutch people on only eight demands we will find less then 1% of them fully competent. This 1% can have (very) good jobs elsewhere or want to become your boss in less than a year. So we have to accept that our people are all more or less incompetent.
