Implementation strategy

Vision A fun and engaging platform to unite Arcadians across every OpCo, breaking down barriers and bringing people together. Why? Mergers and acquisitions have created a diverse company structure. Next steps 1. Review all 1000 questions and answers for accuracy and suitability. 10 people from 10 OpCo’s to check spelling, accuracy and suitability of 100 questions each. 2. Rank all 1000 questions into three difficulty categories. 10 people from 10 OpCo’s rank 1000 questions each. An average is taken to produce an accurate reflection of difficulty. 3. Submit question content for formal review and approval. 4. Develop or collect suitable Safety Share messages to show in the game.

Creating a legacy Maintaining engagement and ensuring longevity will require a phased deployment approach of new features and functions. We are proposing to advance the game and content with multiple version rollouts in the short to medium term.
