On the ASTM International Home Page, click on the Site Map option

Click on the Standards Development Forums bullet.

Choose the Forums Request Form

Fill out the requested information.

At the bottom of the form you will see options for creating a group roster and posting a document. Be sure to hit the Submit Form button when all information is entered.

Enter the User ID and Password as sent to you in the notification. Click on the Submit Form button.
