Updating Project Plans A project plan is a living document that changes continually throughout the life of the project Project updates must be made on a timely basis so that progress can be tracked according to the baseline The final project plan, including all updates compared to baseline, assists in project evaluation and should be included in your organization’s documentation. 18

Work individually, first identify if the objectives are vague or "smart'. Vague objectives should be revised in the form of "smart" objectives.
