Long Term Goal Adopt different method of science Adopt new teaching approach to enhance students appreciation of science.

Short Term Goals Change my questioning strategies with my students to promote high order thinking. Focus on science process students use to get to an answer, not just the answer it self.

Instructional strategies and Task I will provide students with time for group discussion. I will provide more opportunities for students to answer the questions that require high order thinking.
