All employees of Max’s Restaurant will receive the following legally required benefits:  Social Security  Unemployment compensation  Worker’s Compensation  Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)

Max’s provides the following benefits to hourly employees:  Sick Leave - 16 hours of sick leave upon employment, with an additional 24 hours after 6 months of employment. Following that, employees will earn 3 additional hours for every 80 hours worked.  Paid Vacation - 40 hours of vacation leave after 6 months of employment. Following that, employees will earn 4 hours of vacation for every 80 hours worked. Upon 5 years of employment, increases to 6 hours of vacation for every 80 hours worked.  Jury Duty – 8 hours of pay per year for Jury Duty  Free & Discounted Meals – One free meal per shift worked and 15% discounted dining when not working or for family and friends.  Shift Differential Pay - Addition to hourly rate of employees who work on holidays and early-morning shifts.

The following additional benefits for hourly supervisors only:  Paid Time Off - 3 PTO days per year  Free & Discounted Meals – One free meal per shift worked and 25% discounted dining when not working or for family and friends.  Health Care Plan - Employee option on health, dental, and vision care via an EPO  Relocation - Relocation benefits for a shift supervisor coming to our location
