Going to the DEC

Soon, I will be going to visit the DEC.

We will park the car in the parking lot.

We will go to a waiting room.

In the waiting room there will be forms to fill out.

I can play with the toys in the waiting room.

Then I will meet some new people.

I will do many things with the new people. I might color, draw, use blocks or look at pictures. Some things may be very easy and some things may be hard.

I might have a snack at the DEC.

I might get to see how much I weigh and how tall I am!

I will also eat lunch.

After lunch, I might spend some time with the new people or I might play with toys while the adults talk.

I will have fun meeting the new people at the DEC and playing with their toys! And then I will go home.
