©SHRM 2014 Your College Relations Role - State Serves as liaison between student chapters within the state and the state council Communication link between student chapters, chapter liaisons, the state council and SHRM Maintain contact with chapter college relations chairs by phone, or face-to-face a minimum of two times per year Advocates on behalf of student members at the local and state levels as needed 3
