DoDI 3200.XX, “Title TBD” DoDD , “Sustainment of Ranges and Operating Areas”, issued by USD(P&R) 10 JAN 2003 –Applies not only to CONUS ranges and operating areas, but also to “2.3. For ranges and operating areas outside the United States, subject to the terms of all international agreements, land use agreements, and treaties”. Work Group is being formed to develop an instruction to frame the overseas approach. –Range Sustainment WIPT developed DoDD and will have the lead. –Others stakeholders will be included.
