Departmental Ethos

Values We have a belief in the importance of values being at the centre of our endeavours. This is twofold. Firstly, the values we as staff subscribe to, these are the college values which are; We respect all individuals We lead to excellence by example We work together We act with integrity Secondly the desire to encourage in the student a desire to identify and develop a set of personal values of their own. We believe that these hold then guide and inform the nature/content and direction of their work and be a measure of how we assess their studentship as they progress through the course.
