Network Positive Landing Page Requirements May 2012 Non-ProfitSponsor

Introduction Network Positive leverages the altruistic relationship between Capco and the non-profit to drive publicity and exposure for Capco. Non-Profit Logo Altruistic Exposure Acceleration Millions of impressions! Thousands of clicks! Capco Landing Page The landing page contains important information on: Marketing campaigns Upcoming CSR events Product launches Anything Capco wants to publish on a web page

How It Works A unique URL is created which allows Network Positive to track how many times this Capco page is viewed and clicked. 1) Network Positive creates the unique sponsor link 2) Capco, Network Positive and the non-profit share the link over social media 3) Link goes viral 4) Network Positive helps create a landing page for the sponsor “For every time this link is shared, Capco will donate $5 to XYZ Non-Profit to feed 1 hungry child. Netpl.us/XXXXX” All clicks lead to the sponsor landing page which contains the Capco message

How the Landing Page Will Be Used Every time a sponsor creates a campaign with Network Positive, the landing page (discussed in detail in the following slides) will be generated from the sponsor generated content. Example:  Three sponsors use the Net+ platform to start a campaign  Each sponsor will fill out the appropriate information which will directly populate their landing page  The landing page template will stay the same but most of the content will change per campaign The landing page will be unique and enticing to the sponsor because:  1) It will contain the message which the sponsor wants to circulate virally  2) It will contain the link tracking information so various social media users can witness the validity as part of a Network Positive campaign  3) The Twitter hashtag conversation element will be embedded directly into this page to encourage communication among social media users The landing page is Network Positive’s Unique Selling Proposition for it’s clients

Landing Page Overview The following is the anticipated layout for the landing page template A) Banner B) Combined LogoC) Shared Link D) Sponsor Message E) Thermometer and Chicklets F) Non-profit messageG) Click Equals H) Twitter Hashtag I) Links

A) Banner Description:  The banner will be static and unchanging from campaign to campaign Inputs:  This area will be static and will not be generated by any inputs from the sponsor or non-profit Contains:  Network Positive logo  Logo should be linked to the Net+ home page  Tag line: “Join Our Network. Be Positive.” or “Altruistic Exposure Acceleration”  Net+ address on the right hand side of the banner Misc:  Color scheme of the banner must be the same two colors as the logo The role of the banner is to allow the user to feel and understand that he or she is at a Net+ supported campaign page

B) Combined Logo Description:  This area of the landing page should only contain the following logo populated with the respective sponsor and non-profit logo: Inputs:  The sponsor will be required to upload their logo when filling out their campaign launch form. This logo will populate in the sponsor square  The non-profit will be required to upload their non-profit logo which will populate in the non-profit square Contains:  The only information contained in this square will be the above logo The combined logo – as shown below – is a visual representation of the partnership between the sponsor and non-profit Non- Profit Sponsor

C) Shared Link Description:  This section will contain the unique track-able URL… the verbiage which should be used will look like:  “For every unique click that this page receives (SPONSOR) will donate $X to (NON PROFIT). The unique link is: Netpl.us/XXXXX”  The word unique (above bolded) should lead to a small popup window that explains how Network Positive prevents counting for multiple clicks from the same IP address [THIS FUNCTIONALITY MUST BE CREATED] Inputs:  This area will be generated by the admin of the page Contains:  The only text that should be in this space is the content generated by the admin This section will contain the unique link generated strictly for the unique sponsor campaign

D) Sponsor Message Description: This section contains the message which the sponsor desires to spread virally over social media. This message may contain video, images and content. This area should be able to be generated, edited and saved by allowing the edits using a WYSIWIG editor Inputs: The admin will be responsible for updating and populating this section Contains: All necessary sponsor content Misc: The sponsor should be able to login to this page and ONLY have access to edit this section This section of the landing page MUST be completely above the fold and be the primary focal point of the page

E) Thermometer and Chicklets Description:  This section will require that for every time the page tracks a successful click – the message is generated above the donation thermometer stating “Thanks for clicking – your click just raised $X for ABC Non-Profit. Share this link now to help raise more funds for the cause.”  Every time there is a successful click the thermometer (as shown in an example below) should increase by the number agreed upon for each click. (I.e. $5 per click) Inputs:  Each click will make the thermometer increase slightly  Only unique clicks (clicks without multiple IP address pings) will be recorded and attributed to the donation thermometer  The admin has control over the content above the thermometer Contains:  The goal and deadline of the campaign should be included above the thermometer. (I.e. Goal: $5,000 | Deadline: May 31 st 2013)  A chicklet for each of the major social media publications located below the thermometer  Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, , LinkedIn, etc  Above the thermometer but below the goal and deadline it should say: “(SPONSOR) is currently donating $5 per click to (NON-PROFIT). Play your part – help the non-profit raise more by simply sharing this link” This section will require some unique functionality to allow the user to visually see how much money has been raised

F) Non-Profit Message Description:  The non-profit will have a section of the web page, most likely below the fold, which is dedicated to their organization. Inputs:  The admin will control the content entered into this section Contains:  The categories for the non-profit to complete involve:  Name of organization  Description of organization  Organization URL  How the funds raised will benefit their cause This section will contain high level information about the non-profit involved in the Network Positive campaign

G) Click Equals Description: This section is solely dedicated to informing the user of how much their click has generated as well as how the money they generated will be used by the non-profit (E.g. your click has paid for one warm meal for a starving child) Inputs: The admin will generate this section from the backend CMS Contains: Only text will be included in this area This area is unique to each sponsor but will generally not change during the client campaign

H) Twitter Hash tag Description: By embedding the Twitter hasht ag code into this area of the page, users will be able to comment, ask questions, and discuss the campaign in real time. This section will also contain the non-profit, sponsor, and Network Positive Twitter handles to encourage further following. Inputs: Twitter hash tag code created by the admin Contains: Twitter hash tag code created specifically for this campaign This section will allow the user, with an active Twitter account, to engage in the discussion about the campaign directly on the page

I) Links Description: The links which will be included here are:  About Us | For Sponsors | For Non-Profits | Contact Us Inputs: This area will be static for every page on the Network Positive server Contains: Various self-serving links for Network Positive This is the very bottom of the page where a few Network Positive links are contained
