Have an hour? We’ve all been there. Sitting in your room, with seemingly nothing to do. Netflix still exists. But so does the real world.

Walk through the forest! So many trails. Quiet.Relaxing. Referred to as ‘forest bathing’ short, leisurely visits to the forest promote relaxation and reduce stress Start in F-lot, go to the beach. Enter by the bus- loop, head to the shrine. Go somewhere new. Fill your bottle with spring water. Invite a friend.

Pleasure read. Has the only reading you’ve done been for class? Self motivated reading is fulfilling. Go to the library.

Call your family. I mean it!
