NENFA Mission NENFA (New England Network on Faculty Affairs) was established in 2011 with a mission to share best practices in faculty development and faculty affairs, to foster collegiality, and to encourage scholarship with the overarching goal of recruiting, retaining, and advancing our diverse medical school faculties.
