Context of Pennsylvania’s Early Intervention System Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) Joint office in PDE and DPW One program – birth to five –One Coordinator –Joint ER and IFSP/IEP –Joint Monitoring Tool –One process for child outcomes –One process for family outcomes

Context of Pennsylvania’s Early Intervention System Infant/Toddler Programs –48 counties –30,000 children Preschool –34 MAWAs –40,000 children At the local level

Background on Family Outcomes Measurement Same process in infant/toddler and preschool –NCSEAM family survey in English and Spanish –Census, based on active children in April –Information hotline to address any questions, further translations, etc.

Sharing Family Outcome Data Stakeholder input prior to dissemination and analysis –Continuous Quality Improvement/ Outcome Measurement Subcommittee of the SICC BUILD Listserv SICC report to the Governor
