Revise (25% of time) 1.PROOFREAD!!! Check for unity, coherence and support Check for punctuation and spelling Write concisely, clearly, and legibly Do not be redundant Avoid contractions (don’t, can’t, etc.) Subject/Verb agreement Pronoun usage
