6 Summer rates Overview Two versions of this were sent out. On version one the images changed as a user rolled over them, version two did not have the image change. Both s performed similarly with no clear ‘winner’ of the creative test.

7 24 hour sale Overview Our sale on Thurs 29 th May offered 25% off room only rates. Again there were two versions of this . The first gave full details of the sale and the second told the recipient that something exciting was happening at jurysinns.com. The without the offer details had more clicks to the site and almost 20% more sales.

8 Chelsea Rebrand On 15 th May, Jurys Inn London Chelsea rebranded as DoubleTree by Hilton London-Chelsea. The ground floor, bedrooms and exterior were refurbished and rebranded to DoubleTree standard.

12 Jurys Business Booker Overview A new and improved Jurys Business Booker was launched in May with improvements to the back end system for Sales Managers and the web front end for members. Details We created a new logo identity, web content and promotional material for Jurys Business Booker. The marketing support plan for launch included: Dedicated webpage for Business Booker with information and link to new Expression of Interest form A5 Business Booker brochure for new members which sells BB with call to action to go to webpage to register interest A4 Highlights of Business Booker flyer for existing members Business Booker pens and post it notes Business Booker Plasma slide for reception Ezine sent to all existing members announcing improvements to Business Booker Postings on Facebook and Twitter Linkedin campaign post launch Press Release issued to business and trade titles in UK and Ireland

13 Jurys Business Booker Back end Functionality has been improved for our Sales Managers including improved account search, ability to set up Master and sub accounts and streamlined reporting.

14 Jurys Business Booker Front end Members now have one account which they can book rooms and earn loyalty points on. Free room nights can be redeemed online and members can now set up multiple offices.

16 Social Media May key achievements Listed no.1 in The Marketing Times #Top30 Irish Hotels on Twitter Listed no.17 in The Marketing Times #Top30 UK Hotels on Twitter Klout score remained constant at 70 throughout the month of May New Followers this month: Facebook: 2.6k Twitter: 758 Top Twitter retweets & mentions Peter Andre: 3.19 million followers

17 F&B Overview Our new group bar and restaurant menus were launched on May 5th Details Menus still contain our extensive grill section with some great new ‘summery’ additions like; sea bream, baked hake and banana brulee!

18 In-House Collateral A new lobby plasma presentation was issued to all hotels in May and included new slides promoting Free WiFi, Jurys Business Booker and our new Superior Room package offering. Please ensure your hotel is using this new presentation.
