HONG KONG HAS LOW TAXATION TOO,THUS,MORE CASH CAN BE EARNED BY INVESTORS.

HONG KONG IS ALSO A MAJOR GATEWAY TO THE MAINLAND

Characteristics of Hong Kong’s economy Hong Kong practices free trade. This means that foreign investment is not restricted and that most goods and capital can go in and out of Hong Kong freely. All imported goods are duty-free except limited items, such as wine and cosmetics. Hong Kong’s tax is low and the tax system is simple, thus attracting foreign investors

Other factors contributing to the economic of Hong Kong. Hong Kong is a gateway to the Mainland and is not far away from other Asian countries. This contributes to the development of re- report trade.
