Summary The written scriptures are the inspired words of the Lord revealed through the Holy Spirit, not by the will of any man. They are complete, final, and eternal. They require that we walk in them. We are not to go beyond, abiding in the doctrines of Christ. We are to do all things in the name of Christ, i.e. by His authority.
